Please be advised that in line with current government guidelines and restrictions across Europe, Apollo Europe depots are not currently operating as normal. For guests planning their next motorhome holiday, please keep up to date with our latest depot updates below.
We also recommend that all guests also keep up to date with potential travel restrictions in your country of pickup and destinations of travel.
Germany (Hamburg): Open for Motorhome holidays in Schleswig-Holstein from 17 May 2021
From 17 May, accommodation and indoor catering establishments throughout the state of Schleswig-Holsteinwill be allowed to reopen and welcome guests who have been vaccinated, tested, and recovered. At this time, contact restrictions will also be relaxed.
All accommodation facilities can open with recurring testing obligations for staff and guests. Holidaymakers will be allowed to travel if they present a negative test. After that, the test must be repeated every 72 hours. Communal showers, e.g. at campsites, will be opened under hygiene requirements, saunas, whirlpools etc. will not open. Please note, indoor restaurants may only be entered with a negative test result that is not older than 24 hours.

Campsites have also been given the go ahead to re-open to welcome fully self-contained campervans and motorhomes.
Guests are advised that a number of restrictions do currently remain in place including restrictions on the number of households who can travel together, and restrictions on cross border travel throughout the UK and into Europe. We advise that all guests keep up to date with the latest restrictions in the country you are hiring and may visit, and to follow government guidelines at all times.
We understand the uncertainty around Covid is unsettling and may affect your current or future travel plans. In response to the Covid-19 outbreak, we have updated our policies so that guests considering a future rental can have peace of mind when booking their motorhome holiday.

✔ The government in your country of pickup imposes restrictions causing the closure of your collection depot when your collection is due to take place

We have also relaxed our general cancellation terms and conditions and waived our booking amendment fee in the event that you wish to cancel or change your booking outside of this.
